·  Where are you based ?

We are based in Karaka, Auckland.

·  Are you a Manufacturer authorized reseller?

Yes, we have agreements with SS,MRF,DSC, SHREY and we buy direct from them.

·  What’s the advantage in buying from you? On-line sites in India are cheaper .

We are New Zealand based and are authorized resellers for the brand we sell. This ensures you are getting a quality product manufactured for the NZ market. We provide Warranty with all the products we sell for buyers peace of mind. A lot of foreign on-line retailers sell fake products.

·  Do you offer local pick-up ?

Yes, we are based in Karaka, Auckland. Just contact us before you want to visit our address.

·  Do you offer knocking service ? Do you use automatic knocking machine ?

Yes, we do provide the bat knocking service as we were getting a lot of inquires in the last season so we decided to have the most advanced machine in New Zealand for bat knocking .

·  Can I get a better price on a product ?

We check our competitor prices frequently and offer best prices on-line.

·  Do you offer volume discounts ?

·  Why does the product I received look different than the pictures on the website ?

We make every effort to ensure the information, prices and pictures are accurate but sometimes there are things that are out of control. So, we are not responsible for manufacturer’s errors in printing or publishing. Sometimes due to the inconsistency of monitors and screens, the color tones and shades may not be exact as found on the actual product. If you have a question or concern relative to this, please let us know and we will do the best to address this. Also, Keep in mind that manufacturers also change color of grips and stickers on bats frequently and sometimes their websites are not updated in a timely manner.

·  Can I see actual pics of bat I want to buy ?

·  Can I see a ping video of the bat I am buying ?

Yes, of-course, just ask us.

·  Are the products authentic / original ?

100% authentic, we buy directly from the manufacturer.

·  If a bat maker says “Pre-Prepared”, does it mean it’s ready to play ?

No, this means that they it is part prepared in the factory, including oiling, pressing under a roller and some hand mallet knocking in. We, along with the bat manufacturer still recommend some further knocking in with a bat mallet around the perimeter of the face of the bat and some gentle net practice against an older, softer cricket ball before full match use.

• What is warranty policy for bats?

We do provide warranty for our products, just check the Warranty and Exchange Page for further details.

• What if I am not happy with my product ,Can I Return my product and get a refund?

We request you to choose your bats/ products carefully. We won’t be able to provide refund on bats that have additional customized items to it (face sheet and oiling). Please check our Warranty and Exchange page for further details. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 10 days of delivery, provided the products are returned in their original condition along with packaging and proof of purchase, either for a full refund or full store credit. Return shipping charges will be paid by you.
